You’ll work alongside our Registered Manager to guide a dedicated team, delivering life-changing support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenges with communication. Duke’s House is a welcoming, supportive and stimulating residential service for people with complex care and support needs to live fulfilling lives. Interests include walking, swimming, cycling, computers, rug making and beading, listening to music, baking, watching television, sports, visiting family plus lots more. Shift Pattern Full-time: 37.5 hours per week Shifts between 8:00am – 20.00pm Monday to Sunday As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of a team delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Lead and motivate Support Workers to deliver high-quality support Promote independence and wellbeing in every aspect of care Support individuals with daily living, appointments, hobbies and community outings Maintain accurate records and ensure personalised care plans are followed Assist with staff supervisions and ongoing development Experience as a Care Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or Support Worker with a strong track record NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is advantageous A commitment to empowering others and delivering exceptional care We invest in your growth and wellbeing through structured development, funded qualifications and a culture of continuous learning.
