Your Day to Day
Lead from the front as the shift lead, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring your team.
Be the problem‑solver, motivator, and role model for the children in your care.
Forge deep connections with multi‑disciplinary teams to craft unique, child‑centric care plans.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce
- Experience: Worked with children in residential care or similar settings and can navigate challenging behaviours
- Passion: Bring energy, resilience, and a can‑do attitude that inspires others
