Overview
Work alongside GTS Business Development Managers and Network RDs to support their activity to grow our revenue in a sustainable way.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with GTS Client Managers, Trade Managers and Working Capital Specialists to review existing structures seeking to maximise revenue opportunities while balancing the risks and potential LICs in any funding structure GTS may provide to a customer.
- Support GTS’s compliance management culture, adhering to and helping to develop processes in place for the management of credit, operational, reputation, financial crime and regulatory risk.
- Build a network of external professionals to support risk management activities.
Qualifications
- Understanding of receivables structures and/or trade structures.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels.
- Developed understanding of HSBC’s Treating Customers Fairly and Financial Crime principles.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial information.
- Desire to grow as an individual with willingness to learn and develop the direction of the new working capital specialist role.
