Social Worker – 16-18 Leaving Care & Transition

Connect2Halton is seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join the CIC Team within Halton Borough Council. The role focuses on supporting 16 to 18-year-olds transitioning to independence.

You will manage a caseload, collaborate with various professionals, and ensure safeguarding for looked after children and care leavers. A minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience and registration with Social Work England are required.
