Global client with a history spanning over 3 decades and a presence in 100 countries is looking for a mid-level Business Analyst (competency level of 2 years+) with experience of requirements gathering and documentation. The successful Business Analyst will work for a market leader with an impressive history and more exciting future. As a Business Analyst we are looking for someone who is naturally a Critical Thinker, someone who is not scared to ask why? Get to the core of why something needs to be done and automatically follows models such as DMAIC.
The Business Analyst will be working on the development of cutting edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for a multi-billion dollar company.
Responsibilities
- Building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met.
- Delivering activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification or user-acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of working on software development projects.
- Experience of project resource management.
- Experience of stakeholder management.
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Functional analysis and design.
- Any recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS will be highly advantageous as will knowledge of the Agile methodology.
