Overview

We are an international software house seeking a mobile developer with experience in Android, Xamarin and JavaScript to join our Agile teams in Nottingham.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and Xamarin platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high quality, scalable solutions.
• Implement UI components using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Integrate third‑party libraries such as jQuery Mobile, React.js and Bootstrap for rich user experiences.
• Participate in automated build and test processes, and contribute to continuous integration pipelines.
• Support application performance, security and optimisation on mobile assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in mobile application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and associated libraries.
• Strong experience in C#, .NET and SQL Server.
• Experience with iOS, JSON, automated build & test and micro‑services architecture is desirable.
• Good understanding of mobile platform best practices and performance optimisation.
