Edinburgh Work Area Manager: Lead Operations & Teams

Royal Mail Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Work Area Manager to lead operations at the Edinburgh Mail Centre. You will manage a mixed team of up to 49 full and part-time colleagues, run regular one-to-one and team meetings, and review daily performance against targets.

You will champion health and safety, drive efficiency, and oversee attendance, training and development, plus participate in continuous improvement programmes.
