Business Analyst – Investments Data Strategy – WTW

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with investment, data, and technology stakeholders to clarify objectives and capture detailed requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable data‑enabled solutions, prioritising initiatives that deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with data architects and developers to shape practical, scalable solutions within an Agile framework.
• Define and monitor success metrics, ensuring deliverables meet quality, compliance, and governance standards.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a data‑centric investment or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of investment analytics, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities.
