Trainee Support Worker — Make a Daily Impact in Care

HRC Recruitment in Perth is seeking caring, enthusiastic Support Workers to assist adults with learning and/or physical disabilities in a day centre and local community. You will support daily activities, personal goals, and social moments that matter.

Training is provided, including SVQ, with opportunities for progression. Flexible hours (up to 30 per week, typically 9:30am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri) support work-life balance and a meaningful career.
