Empowering Independent Living Support Worker

BCP Council invites applications for a Supported Living Worker to provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities. The role requires working across a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to help individuals live independently.

You will maintain records, assist with medications, attend appointments, and liaise with families and professionals. Full training will be given, with DBS check and safeguarding commitment expected.
