Overview

• Managing the design and delivery of transport-focused, technology-enabled transformation programmes
• Developing insight into client needs across rail, bus, highways, aviation or wider transport
• Helping to evolve tools, methods and assets specifically for transport transformation
• Building trusted relationships with senior transport stakeholders and expanding network across the industry

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scoping and delivering transformation programmes within the Transport sector
• Experience in operating model design and implementation, transformation programme management, change and adoption, or transformation communications in a transport setting
• Ability to interpret transport clients’ strategic, operational and regulatory drivers for change
• Comfort in developing requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and data to support transport transformation
• Successful track record of leadership in transport
