Empowering Youth to Work: Job Coach

Barnet and Southgate College is hiring a dedicated Job Coach to support students with learning disabilities and additional needs. You will help build confidence, develop employability skills and secure meaningful work experience and employment.

You will work in the community to partner with employers, arrange placements, and support students with travel, CVs and interview preparation while safeguarding and welfare responsibilities remain a priority.
