Hospital Helpdesk Coordinator – Customer Care (Weekend)

Sodexo at Colchester Hospital is looking for a Customer Services Representative to join our Facilities team. You will be the first point of contact for service users, logging requests, coordinating helpdesk tasks and supporting portering and transport services in a busy environment.

You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, liaise with contractors and colleagues, and help uphold health and safety and data quality standards.
