Lifeline Response Officer: Calm Tech & Emergency Support

Darlington Borough Council Lifeline Services seeks a dedicated Lifeline Response officer to demonstrate, install and monitor assistive technology for residents, while responding to emergency calls as required. You will maintain GDPR-compliant records and perform administrative duties to support service delivery.

Applicants should be customer-focused, empathetic, and capable of working 37 hours per week with a full-time pattern, and be comfortable using databases and MS Office.
