Pay Rates

• Morning Shift (06:00 – 14:30, Early finish Fridays): £15.12 per hour
• Afternoon Shift (14:30 – 23:00, Early finish Fridays): £17.00 per hour
• Night Shift: £17.99 per hour
• Sunday: 20:30 – 06:00
• Monday – Thursday: 23:00 – 06:00

About the Role

We are recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers / Line Feeders to support a busy manufacturing operation in Belper. The main focus of this role is line feeding, ensuring production lines are supplied with parts and materials to keep manufacturing running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck FLT safely
• Delivering materials and components to production lines
• Line feeding and stock replenishment
• Moving stock between warehouse and manufacturing areas
• Loading and unloading goods
• Completing FLT safety checks
• Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, AITT or equivalent)
• Minimum 12 months’ Reach Truck experience
• Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production experience
• Strong health and safety awareness
• Reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, and nights
