Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management
- Strong digital, e-commerce or SaaS background
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end
- Ability to lead squads, not just manage tickets
- Outcome-focused mindset
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders across different markets
- Ability to bring structure, clarity and pace
- Technically strong enough to understand detail, ask the right questions and work effectively with engineering teams
- Exposure to Shopify, platform migrations, experimentation tools, UX-led product work, customer service platforms or complex multi-market environments would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Own outcomes and drive real commercial impact across a global e-commerce environment
- Lead squads and manage stakeholders across multiple regions and markets
- Own key product domains including UX across global e-commerce platforms, fulfilment and customer service operations workstreams
- Lead product discovery, strategy, prioritisation and delivery
- Drive experimentation, optimisation and measurable business outcomes
- Work closely with engineering, design, analytics and commercial teams
- Help shape the direction of the product function
- Mentor and support others around us
