About the Role: Are you an organised and customer‑focused administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference? Join our award‑winning Apprenticeship Team and play a vital role in supporting apprentices, employers and colleagues to deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience.

As the Apprenticeship Team Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for apprentices, employers and visitors, providing a professional, friendly and responsive service. You will coordinate reception and centre‑based activities, manage enquiries across a range of communication channels, organise meetings and bookings, maintain accurate learner and employer records, and provide high‑quality administrative support to the Apprenticeship Leadership Team.

You will also support apprenticeship recruitment and onboarding activities, contribute to communication campaigns and help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of our apprenticeship provision.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You should be confident using Microsoft 365, enjoy working with people, and be committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Previous administrative experience in a busy professional environment is essential, while knowledge of apprenticeships would be an advantage.
