Description
User Interface Designer, UI Design, UX, User Experience, Adobe, Axure, Mobile / WEB Applications, Agile – East Midlands based Software House – 30-35K (minimum 2 years)
Responsibilities
- Creating highly polished user interfaces and iconography
- Gathering information on users and how they use the product, applying the data to make better design decisions
- Producing deliverables such as user research, profiling, personas, requirements gathering, user journeys and flows, site maps, wireframes and mock-ups
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure a consistent and appropriate approach to UI across the range of products and platforms
- Preparing and conducting user testing, workshops, and presenting the results to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Ability to design outstanding user interfaces with great user experience across multiple platforms
- Ability to design and present solutions from early sketches and wireframes to working prototypes and hi‑definition mock-ups
- Expert understanding of UI techniques and tools
- UX experience an advantage
- Excellent understanding of Adobe CC graphics programs and prototyping tools like Axure
- Excellent communication skills
