Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Planner to join a growing team supporting major contractor-led infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner looking to work on high-profile schemes within sectors including rail, water, highways, power, and civil engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project programmes using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress and performance against programme milestones.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify programme risks and mitigation measures.
- Produce planning reports and programme updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project controls, schedule assurance, and programme management activities.
- Assist with delay analysis and programme impact assessments where required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure programme alignment and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong experience using Primavera P6.
- Previous planning experience within infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.
- Understanding of project controls, scheduling, and programme management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest in developing expertise in delay analysis and dispute-related planning activities.
