Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. The role offers strong operational support and efficient systems, allowing you to focus on delivering a high standard of client care and technical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Providing clear and consistent client communication throughout transactions.
- Working collaboratively with support teams to ensure smooth case progression.
- Contributing to a high-quality and service-led team environment.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Confident managing files from instruction to completion.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
- Open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals, or experienced fee earners.
