Senior Treasury Officer – 9 Month FTC

Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a leading financial services organization to recruit a Senior Treasury Officer on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing a significant treasury transformation programme and play a key role in embedding new treasury processes and controls.

About the Role

This role will be focused on enhancing the post-implementation of Murex and will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams. You will help improve processes, strengthen controls, and support an audit-ready operating model.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing embedding of Murex.
• Map and document treasury processes and controls.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen control frameworks and support audit readiness.
• Assist with testing, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Provide operational support across treasury settlements and payments.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
• Understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• Financial services experience desirable.
• Treasury experience advantageous.
• Murex knowledge beneficial but not essential.
