Data Centre Recruitment Delivery Leader

DataX Connect is seeking a Delivery Manager to set up, scale, and embed recruitment delivery best practice across managed accounts in the Data Centre sector. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, hybrid delivery model, balancing reactive delivery with proactive talent planning for mission-critical projects.

You will lead delivery function setup, drive KPI and SLA performance, and collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing to translate demand into delivery plans.
