This is a full-time position offering a competitive basic salary of £28,000, with uncapped annual on-target earnings exceeding £40,000. Duties
- Generate sales of light commercial vehicles and fleet passenger cars within the Bristol area
- Prospect for new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Achieve and exceed vehicle sales targets in line with personal and dealership goals
- Contribute to customer retention efforts through excellent aftersales service
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all vehicles and services offered by our client
- Prepare and complete all sales and finance documentation accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely payment of all outstanding amounts
- Use FCA-approved techniques when presenting and selling finance and insurance products
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements for the Fleet Sales Executive role include
- Previous experience in B2B automotive sales or local business/fleet sales is desirable, but strong car sales experience will also be considered
- UK Driving Licence with minimal points
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Well-presented, proactive, self-motivated, and tenacious
- Confident in using IT, particularly Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
