Exedra Architects is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing team in Pirbright, near Woking.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically capable architect who enjoys working across all stages of design, from early concept development through to technical delivery and completion. You will be involved in a varied range of projects and will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider Exedra team.
Key responsibilities
- Developing design proposals from concept through to detailed design
- Preparing planning, tender and construction information
- Coordinating with consultants, clients and contractors
- Contributing to project meetings and design reviews
- Ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with project requirements
- Supporting junior members of the team where appropriate
About you
- ARB registration and/or RIBA Part III qualification
- Strong design and technical skills
- Experience across relevant project stages
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A good understanding of UK planning and building regulations
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
