HR Consultant – Hybrid (4 days/FT) for Legal HR Advisory

LHH in Hove is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their Employment team. This role offers the flexibility of full-time or a 4-day working week and hybrid working arrangements, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The ideal candidate will possess strong employment law knowledge and a proven track record in HR advisory roles. Responsibilities include providing HR support, advising on HR matters, and building long-term client relationships.
