Air conditioning cleaning supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily schedules and lead a team of 2–3 technicians to complete cleaning, sanitisation and basic inspection services for residential and commercial air conditioning systems
• Oversee all work processes to ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene regulations and workplace safety requirements
• Address clients’ enquiries on‑site, resolve service concerns or minor complaints professionally to maintain high service quality
• Monitor usage and inventory of tools, equipment and cleaning chemicals; conduct regular stock checks and submit replenishment requests in a timely manner
• Record daily job progress, complete service reports and submit all documentation to the office promptly
• Guide team members on proper operation methods, and conduct basic training on work skills and safety protocols

Requirements

• Education: At least secondary school education or equivalent qualification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in air conditioning cleaning, appliance maintenance or related fields; at least 1 year of experience in team leadership or a supervisory role is preferred
• Skills: Sound knowledge of cleaning procedures for split‑type and central air conditioning systems; ability to identify common operational faults and perform basic troubleshooting; competent in using basic office software for documentation; able to communicate effectively in English or Mandarin
• Others: Physically fit to carry tools and equipment; strong focus on safety and customer service; relevant industry certifications will be an advantage
