Senior Commercial Counsel – International Contracts & Regulation (6-Month)

Michael Page is assisting a Lincolnshire manufacturer in recruiting an experienced Senior Commercial Legal Counsel for a six-month fixed-term contract. The role covers domestic and international commercial contracts as well as employment, litigation, environmental, regulatory and competition matters.

You will advise senior stakeholders, draft and negotiate high-value agreements, manage external counsel, and ensure pragmatic, commercially focused guidance with minimal supervision.
