Director of Compliance & Building Safety

Accent Housing Limited is hiring an Assistant Director of Compliance and Building Safety to provide strategic and operational leadership across compliance, building safety, and managing agent services. The role is national with hybrid working and travel to Accent schemes and offices.

You will ensure regulatory obligations are met, drive the Building a Safer Future programme, develop KPIs, lead teams, manage budgets and oversee procurement to deliver safe, sustainable homes.
