Engineering Delivery Lead for Complex Programs

SII Germany seeks an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead complex engineering programmes. The role focuses on delivering scope on time, within cost, and to quality standards, coordinating across systems, software and hardware domains.

The EDM will manage work packages, plans, reviews and lifecycle gates while reporting to senior stakeholders and supporting bids with planning and cost estimation.
