A satisfyingrole 

Leading our sitefacilities engineering team covering our Aylesford & Dagenhamsites, you’ll make sure our plant, equipment, buildings andfacilities are delivering for our clients and colleagues. Yourvaried role will see you handling everything from audits,inspections and health and safety to capital planning andcontractor management. You’ll also draw up maintenance and projectdelivery plans, while playing a central role in the ongoingimprovement of siteperformance. 

What you bringto the mix 

An experiencedFacilities Manager, with a broad engineering and compliancemanagement background, you have what it takes to excel withus: 

  • managementexperience in an FMCG or logisticsoperation 

  • a trackrecord of improving performance in planned maintenance and assetmanagement 

  • projectmanagement experience, including knowledge of CDM, GMP, 5S andTPM 

  • proven budgetarycontrol skills 

  • strongproblem-solving and people managementskills 

  • experience inthe management and upkeep of key systems, including fireprevention, water, air supply, refrigeration, electricity and dockdoors.
