Edinburgh Trams has an exciting opportunity for a Customer & Ticketing Services Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities
- Checking tickets onboard the tram and around the network.
- Responding to customer queries by identifying needs and providing additional assistance when required.
- Providing customer service, revenue protection and crowd control at major events in the city.
- Understanding products and services and ensuring customers are offered the best ticket deals available.
- Assisting tram drivers in delivering emergency response procedures, including communication with the Operation Control Room.
- Receiving full training on safety procedures and applying the highest standards of safety in the role.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service is highly desirable. We also value enthusiasm, a sense of humour, and a willingness to help. Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
Benefits
Customer & Ticketing Service Assistants receive 33 days annual leave and work 40 hours on a rota of 5 days over 7 days.
