Just Teachers Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Support Staff member to join a specialist SEN school in Rugby. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 support for a KS3 learner with complex behavioural needs, helping them stay engaged and develop personally.
You will work with dedicated staff to create a safe and structured learning environment, promote positive behaviours, and support teachers with differentiated activities. Role begins after May half term 2026.
