Head Steward & Event Safety Lead

Leeds United FC is seeking an experienced Stand Manager to lead the Safety & Security operation at Elland Road. You will ensure execution of event safety plans, quality assurance of stewards, and deployment of agency staff in line with Ground Regulations.

Reporting to the Head of Safety & Security, you will coordinate pre-event briefings, supervise staff across designated areas, manage control room communications and maintain spectator safety and comfort throughout events at the stadium.
