Lead Caregiver, Children’s Homes – Shift Supervisor

Witherslack Group is seeking a Shift Leader for our children’s homes in the United Kingdom. You will oversee day-to-day care for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs and support the staff team to ensure a safe, high-quality residential environment.
