Role Overview
Kidderminster College is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Data Co‑ordinator (Apprenticeships) to join our Learner Data Services (LDS) team. This vital role sits at the heart of the College, supporting the accurate management of learner data for apprenticeship provision. You will play a key part in ensuring data integrity, funding compliance, and audit readiness, helping the College deliver high‑quality services to learners, employers and stakeholders.
Working within a busy, collaborative environment, the Data Co‑ordinator will ensure all data is correctly recorded, checked, and maintained in line with ESFA funding rules and internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely learner data records for apprenticeships.
- Ensure compliance with ESFA funding rules and internal data management processes.
- Prepare and support audit documentation to demonstrate audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to meet internal and external deadlines.
Qualifications
- High level of organisational and accuracy skills.
- Experience in an administrative or office‑based environment.
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑focused with a proactive, solutions‑driven approach.
- Confidence using IT systems, including Excel and data management tools.
