1. Timing and Teamwork – work with others within the kitchen to ensure dishes arrive at the same time; communication is key.
2. Quality – maintain a personal standard and keep the food you cook consistent throughout your shift.
3. Ready, Set, Service – stay on top of tasks and be prepared for service; anticipate peaks and ensure readiness for the day ahead.
