The InPostNewstrade division specialises in final-mile delivery for newspaper publishers and magazine distributors, covering 75% of the UK and Ireland with a 45% market share. Operating from 36 locations, it delivers almost 1bn newspapers, magazines, and collectibles to around 21,000 customers. The division includes core final-mile operations, magazine primary distribution, corporate distribution, outsourced retail consultancy, and airside media placement.

Committed to innovation and sustainability, it has introduced the i-Menzies app, featuring ‘Track My Delivery,’ which provides customers with an estimated 20-minute delivery window.

About the role

Joining our friendly team, you will play an integral role in the efficient day to day operations of our Belfast centre providing support to existing teams which will contribute to achieving even grater success.

Location: Inpost 11 Airport Road West, BT3 9ED Belfast

Shift Pattern: MONDAY – THURSDAY & SUNDAY

Hours: 08.00am – 15.00pm – Monday – Thursday & Sunday – 06.00am -11.00am

Salary: £12.71p/h

What you’ll be doing

  • General Administration/Record Keeping
  • Customer support Assistance
  • Lost prevention & Accountability Procedures & support
  • Finance, self-billing cover
  • Training Monitoring
  • Transport Duties (Van checks, Defect reporting, vehicle upkeep, Etc)
  • Administration tasks related to the vehicle’s servicing etc, arrangement
  • Monitoring HHD scanners

  • Experience of Administration and Ms word/Excel and related software’s
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK
  • knowledge if required on job.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work
