Engaging Cover Supervisor – Classroom Support

The Avon Valley School & Performing Arts College is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to ensure continuous learning during teacher absences. You will deliver pre-set lessons, support students and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere across KS3 and KS4.

We value organised, adaptable individuals with strong communication and safeguarding awareness. A teaching qualification is not essential, but HLTA/Unqualified Teacher or Cover Supervisor experience is desirable.
