Assistant Manager – Lead Team, Drive Memorable Pubs

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team and step up when the General Manager isn’t present. You’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences, motivating staff across shifts and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will support financial and KPI targets, drive engagement, and uphold operational standards while deputising for the GM. A relevant branded-venue background is preferred, with a track record in similar roles.
