The School and Role
James Brindley Academy operates a unique “Think Differently” model across multiple centres, supporting pupils with medical, mental health and additional needs. With smaller class sizes and a strong emphasis on wellbeing, the academy provides a highly personalised approach to learning. This role involves delivering engaging lessons across different centres, adapting teaching to meet a wide range of needs and re‑engaging learners in education.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people (SEN desirable)
- Experience in teaching or undergoing PGCE
- A strong understanding of SEND/SEMH needs
- An adaptable and flexible approach across different settings
