Engineering Manager: Lead Delivery & Mentorship

Katchr in Huddersfield is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to guide a growing software team, unblock blockers, and ensure delivery aligns with customer needs.

You will own team performance, coach engineers through regular 1:1s, and run stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews to keep delivery moving at pace.

The role collaborates closely with Product and the CTO, helps scale the engineering culture, and focuses on sustainable, high-quality outcomes for our customers.
