Residential Conveyancer, 3+ Years PQE, South Wales, £Competitive (DOE) – We’re looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded and friendly team in the West Midlands. Whether you are seeking a full‑time position or prefer the flexibility, we’d love to hear from you.

THE ROLE

• You will be joining a respected and well‑established conveyancing team with a reputation for excellence in client service.
• Your role will be hands‑on and client‑focused, dealing with a broad and interesting range of conveyancing matters, from start to finish.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and local estate agents.
• Supporting and contributing to a positive team culture.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3Years PQE.
• Proven experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
