If you’re looking for a role where every week brings something different, this could be exactly what you’ve been searching for.n n The Role n n  n n Manage a varied caseload of defendant personal injury matters, primarily Employers’ Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL) and Highways claims. n Handle predominantly fast-track litigation, with the opportunity to work on multi-track matters depending on your experience. n Gain exposure to property damage, social care and data protection claims, broadening your litigation experience. n Conduct liability investigations and progress claims from inception through to resolution. n Liaise with clients, witnesses, experts, counsel, the courts and opposing solicitors. n Draft witness statements, legal documents and detailed reports. n Attend client meetings, conferences and court hearings where required. n Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues while taking ownership of your own files. n Support business development initiatives and help maintain strong client relationships. n Have you reached the stage in your career where you’re looking for greater variety without sacrificing the quality of work?
