Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive

Job Description Litigation Solicitor NQ to 3 years PQE – West Kent (hybrid) n Long established and leading Kent law firm are looking to recruit an additional lawyer into their dispute resolution team. n This is a small but very friendly team who manage a broad litigation caseload including property and landlord & tenant disputes, contractual disputes, contentious probate, construction disputes, insolvency and debt recovery and some employment law matters too. n This is a junior level position so is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with up to 3 years PQE who wants exposure to a varied but high quality caseload.   n You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience of managing and assisting with a varied litigation caseload.   n Applications are also welcome from NQ Solicitors or those coming up to qualification but you must have completed at least a 6 month litigation seat during your training contract or have relevant experience gained as a paralegal. n This firm offer a great work/life balance, flexibility, hybrid working, excellent bonus scheme and have one of the lowest staff turnovers that I know of in the area.  Everyone genuinely enjoys working at this firm and with great prospects too (many of the partners joined as NQ Solicitors). n For more information please contact Julie Fernandes….
