Overview

A Corporate Finance Solicitor (Partner) is sought for a national law firm’s Birmingham office. This full-time role offers a six-figure salary and excellent benefits. You will advise on mergers, acquisitions, private equity, management buyouts, and corporate restructures. Equity prospects are available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Join a thriving Corporate team with an enviable client portfolio and advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
  • Play a leading role in developing the practice, strengthening existing client relationships and generating new business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across banking, commercial, employment, real estate and tax to deliver seamless advice on high-value transactions.
  • Contribute to growth and leverage the firm’s investment in its Birmingham office and internal referral networks.
