Overview
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
- Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure progress is communicated and stakeholder needs are met.
- Management of project teams, ensuring they are properly resourced with the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.
- Management of project budgets, ensuring delivery within the agreed budget.
- Creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Management of project risks, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies as necessary.
- Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.

Role and Collaboration
Consult on complex issues; provide advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues. Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda. Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls related to the work done. Perform work closely related to other areas, requiring an understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the organisation sub-function objectives. Collaborate with other areas of work to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy. Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple internal and external sources to solve problems creatively and effectively. Communicate complex information. Complex information could include sensitive information or information that is difficult to communicate because of its content or audience. Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering regulatory and transformation change projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of SDLC lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects across a portfolio (preferably in technology or process automation).
- Prior exposure to Appian or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix structure and influence without direct authority.
