Strategic FP&A Finance Manager — Forecasting & Insight

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A to lead planning, forecasting and analysis for Civil Aerospace. The role requires strong OHP/HFM experience with SmartView, advanced Excel skills and the ability to present insights to senior leaders.

You will drive forecast processes, model improvements and provide strategic financial information to CALT and Group FP&A with significant autonomy and accountability.
