Impactful Residential Care Practitioner for Young People

360 CRS is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner to provide stable, trauma-informed care for children aged 7–17. You will be part of a supportive team, offering emotional development support, routines, and community involvement while building trusting relationships.

The role includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins; enhancements apply for overtime and bank holidays. Salary ranges £13.50–£14.00 per hour DOE, plus a £50 sleep-in bonus and annual salary around £34,416–£35,424.
