• Help residents connect with families and the wider community to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous (not required).
• Personable, compassionate, and genuinely interested in connecting with residents and their families.
• Willingness to participate in tailored courses and training to develop skills in every aspect of the role.
