Role Overview
To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.
What You Will Do
- Build Engineering: Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfil business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use.
- Incident Management: Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages.

Requirements
- Hands‑on engineering experience in ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM tooling)
- Ability to design, configure, and scale ITSM workflows (incident, change, request, CMDB) and integration ITSM platforms with monitoring, CI/CD, and observability
- Experience designing and embedding AI Ops capabilities into ITSM products and workflows
- Experience automating service operations using scripting / workflow orchestration
- Exposure to platform engineering / DevOps practices
- Understanding of data models (CMDB) and service mapping in modern architectures
